St. Mary School Celebrates Catholic Schools Week

St. Mary School will celebrate Catholic Schools Week September 29 – October 3 with a variety of school activities including aFairfield-Hocking Catholic School Deanery Mass with Bishop Campbell on October 2.  The activities are part of the 40th anniversary of the nationwide celebration of Catholic education. This year’s theme is “Catholic Schools: Communities of Faith, Knowledge and Service,” which highlights St. Mary School’s focus on faith development, academic excellence and dedication to community service.  With a focus on the Catholic faith, an award-winning Science program, a licensed before and after school care program, new Art, Spanish, and Physical Education classes, and an environment based on moral development, St. Mary School offers a well-rounded and vigorous educational experience for students.  A CATHOLIC EDUCATIONAL TRADITION IN LANCASTER SINCE 1840, ST.
